Twista
Carl Mitchell debuted as a teenager in 1992 under the name Tung Twista, setting a Guinness record for fastest rapper alive and helping pioneer Chicago and Midwest "chopper" rap's rapid-fire, tongue-twisting style. He spent the 2000s as one of rap's most technically dazzling voices, breaking through to the mainstream with the Kanye West- and Jamie Foxx-featuring No. 1 hit "Slow Jamz" in 2003.
