Enrique el Mellizo

Enrique Jiménez Fernández, known as Enrique el Mellizo, was a Cádiz-born cantaor considered — alongside Silverio Franconetti and Antonio Chacón — one of the three most influential singers of flamenco's Golden Age. He is credited with founding the distinctive Cádiz school of cante, especially its malagueña and siguiriya styles, and predates commercial recording, so his art survives only through the many singers who inherited it.
