Themba Sekowe, born in Soshanguve, Pretoria, built a production catalog spanning house, gqom, amapiano and Afropop, scoring genre-crossing hits like 2017's "Midnight Starring" before becoming one half of the Scorpion Kings duo with Kabza De Small. His hit-heavy, feature-stacked formula helped pull amapiano out of the townships and onto national and international playlists.
